Our team is super pumped about this month! We have so many awesome things coming up for our Backer community. You'll see some great new content by our team including our new virtual gym, BodyBoss.tv, team member spotlights, and more. We're also going to ask a few things from YOU this month! We'll be sending out a new survey next week to gather invaluable feedback from our community, and we also want you to participate in this month's workout challenge! Each of our team members will be doing this as well so we can all keep each other accountable! Here's the challenge:
Each day's workout outlined above will take you less than 10 minutes to complete.
