It was such a great discussion on where the BodyBoss Portable Gym is headed, and hearing and interacting from our amazing community was invaluable! We appreciate your taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’ve learned so much from our BodyBoss 2.0 launch, and our revolutionary breakthrough in workout technology is coming soon! Staying strong physically not only impacts how you function today in your day to day activities, it also impacts your future health as you age. Strong muscles promote good posture, balance, and stability in everything that you do. These three workouts can help.
Workout #1 - Lower Body Strength
This workout focuses on lower body strength and includes squats, lunges, and more. This routine will challenge your endurance, and we promise you'll feel the burn long after you put your BodyBoss 2.0 away.
Grab an extra set of bands, and be ready to stay moving in this full body strength workout. This trainer will take you from start to finish including a warm up and cool down.
Workout #3 - Full Body Strength
This routine features rows, curls, presses, and more. This video style is created so you do set one along with the trainer, and pause to complete your additional sets by yourself. This style is great for any user because you can workout at your own pace with the structure of a recorded workout.
