Our move of the week is ab twists! This move works your abdominal muscles and core. You’ll need your base, a set (or two) of Boss resistance bands, and your workout bar. Rotate through your trunk keeping your arms straight and locked above you. Try to focus on keeping a solid core and keeping your hips pointed forward.
