Hey Bosses! Just a few updates from our team this week...
1. Yellow and Pink gyms have just arrived at our warehouse in the US! They will be shipping any time now, so be on the lookout for your tracking information if you are still waiting on your order in the US!
2. Just a reminder, we’ll be sending out a survey via email on Monday to our Backer community. We are eager to hear your feedback. The first 100 responders will be put in a drawing to receive a free BodyBoss 2.0 of your color choice, so be sure to respond for a chance to win!

As promised, we have a sneak peak of Club BodyBoss, our new virtual gym! Our goal is to release this to our early Backers in the next few weeks. We are still finalizing the look and feel of the site now, but still wanted to share an early look. New Week, New Goals!

2. Pocket Guides have started to be released digitally via Backerkit. If you added these on with your order, be on the lookout as you should receive them in the next 48 hours.
3. We’ll be giving a sneak peek of Club BodyBoss, our new virtual gym, in Friday’s update! We have had a lot of questions on bodyboss.tv, and Club BodyBoss will replace that site. We can’t wait to go live!

Ever wonder why the BodyBoss 2.0 has an Ab Roller accessory?
We all know that when using an ab roller, you are working more than just your abdominal muscles. This exercise requires core stability, and really works every muscle from your shoulders down. We’ve found the ab roller can be used in combination with the BodyBoss 2.0 in an amazing way. A lot of us find it too difficult to do a traditional ab roller movement for more than 4 or 5 reps, but when used in combination with the BodyBoss, you can increase your reps without losing stability. If you want more workout to be even more intense, just shorten your bands or add an additional set, and you’ll get the added benefit of toning with each movement!
Here’s how we do it:
1. Place your resistance bands in setting 15, looped through anchor point 1 and clipped to anchor point 5.
2. Attach the wrist straps accessory. You can wear the wrist straps or loop them through the ab roller handles as show below.
3. With your knees firmly on the VectorFit base, and your arms and back straight, slowly roll the wheel forward as far as you can, while maintaining your stability.
4. Use your abdominal muscles to pull yourself back to a starting position.
5. Continue this motion for 10-15 reps. As you become stronger and more advanced, increase your reps and shorten your bands even more.
Using the BodyBoss 2.0 while doing this motion creates extra resistance that not only intensifies your workout, but also keeps your core balanced throughout the movement. If you don’t have an ab roller with your BodyBoss 2.0, you can get one now!

Happy Fri-YAY to all of you Bosses!
It’s been a busy week for our team here finishing development on lots of exciting things coming up. We wanted to share some exciting progress!
- We’ve shipped another 171 orders in the last 10 days! All outstanding international orders were shipped this week or will be shipped next week. That’s over 400 international orders sent this month!
- Development continues for Club BodyBoss, and we expect to launch this virtual gym by the end of July. Not only will this feature live workout streams from many different trainers, it will also have rich, workout video libraries that you can easily filter by strength level, target area, and even accessories needed.
- Add on’s like the Cardio Resistance Boxing Pocket Guide, Squat Boss Guide, and 12 Minute Workouts will be delivered digitally via Backerkit next week!
- Our new Hot Pink and more Bright Yellow BodyBoss gyms are on their way to us (currently still on sea), and we hope to have them arrive, clear customs, and be ready to ship out in the next 3-4 weeks for US and CAN customers. We received a demo unit of our Hot Pink just this week, and the awesome color is definitely worth the wait!
