- High Pulls - Bar, 4 Bands, 3 Sets of 10 Reps
- Bicep Curls - Bar, 4 Bands in setting 15, 3 Sets of 15 Reps
- Shoulder Raises - Handles, 2 Bands in setting 15, 3 Sets of 15 Reps
- Tricep Extension - Handles, 4 bands in setting 53, 3 Sets of 15 Reps
- BodyBoss Flys - Handles, 2 Bands in setting 14, 3 Sets of 10 Reps
- Lateral Raises - Handles, 2 Bands in setting 14, 3 Sets of 10 Reps
- Push Ups - 3 Sets of 10 Reps
- BentOver Rows - Handles, 1 Band looped, 3 Sets of 10 Reps
